    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone last June from a samsung s9 to a samsung s21.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just realised that rather than upgrading me to the new contract which was £28 p/m they have continued charging me the old contact of £21 p/m meaning for over a year they have been charging me £48 for 2 contracts!! I only have one phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant get to talk to anyone about this. I have been charged over £250.00 for a phone I dont even have!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone from sky help&amp;nbsp; me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jon Mitchell&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you upgraded the phone last June was the value Sky said the phone was worth back then enough to pay the phone off because if it wasn't then it does need to be paid off which might be why you have been charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you still have the credit agreement check how many monthly payments were due&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;as the data plan contract and credit agreement don't necessarily end at the same time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can't upgrade when your contract has ended because when it has finished the phone becomes yours so can not be returned to Sky via an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
