      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky decided to put me into a new contract quietly without my notice. I just saw my bill just gone up. I normally switch TV services every year to get the best out of my money. But they took me into a new contract and lock me up and tell me to cancel the package will cost ridiculous amount of money just to lock me up into a contract I do not want. I need help how to fight this. If anyone knows where to find it I'll be grateful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were on a contract and the minimum term on it ended then you price will has risen as you would now be paying the standard price for your package, this wouldn't usually see you put on a new contract so what makes you say it has ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how this could have happened. You have to agree terms and conditions before Sky can sign you up to a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, there should some form of contract &amp;nbsp;to read and sign or someone speaking to me and agree.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;None of these formalities were presented to me. Infact sky themselves do not know how I agreed to the terms. I mean how could you not know where that forms the legal relationship between myself and you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Everything presented to me are all theories. Either through my sky remote or email. Snap; I have not been using my sky TV for about 9 months now. Only tried to use it during the Euros cup and guess what ? My satellite is not even working. I was just using BBC and ITV app on my TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Everything about this is off. Just Sky trying to take my money and have not been even giving me the service I am paying for. I really need to take this higher. It's just not right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
