Overcharged for additional Sky Q mini box

Purchased an additional Sky Q mini box and paid the £50 upfront fee. My invoice for this month and payment already taken out of my account includes £10 admin fee and £50 for a mini box which I already paid for. My understanding was that additional boxes are £50.

The £10 admin fee is usually applied if you have changed a package when you were still in a contract.

If you have paid the upfront fee and also paid it via your bill have you checked the following months bill to see if there is £50 being returned to you by the way of a credit ?

Thank you for your reply. I have checked next months bill and there is no refund as yet.

If memory serves, when I paid for my mini box, they took payment instantly over the phone, which put my Sky account £50 in credit, they then added the box to my bill, which then cancelled it out, if that makes sense. 👍
