Renew Subscription invitation.

I have received an email from Sky inviting me to "Renew your subscription"

With "Look forward to another year of the best TV with £5 a month off fothe next 18 months" written above.

I have never had to "renew" my subscription though I have renegotiated a few times.

Why am I getting this message?

I have been with Sky 20 years. If they want to give me £5 a month off then just give me £5 a month off ta.

If it is from Sky and not a scam asking you for payment details etc then it equates to a £90 gift in exchange for your further loyalty.
It would appear you already play the renegotiation game where you will more than likely find better?

It almost certainly means accepting a new minimum term hence the need for your confirmation, if you want to go ahead with it.

They can't just renew your contract without your agreement, therefore you need to call them or follow the link provided.

Sky won't action this on the back of your forum post either I'm afraid.

Ive tried but I just keep getting Technical Error. I have tried phoning but I get told that they cannot take my call right now and to go to on line services. Friggin useless so far!!!!

@Lewbabe When calling you need to remain on the phone past the automated message, when asked why your calling say Technical, the best times to call are after 9pm or 7am
