Paying for services i dont have

Hello.

I'm a returning sky customer, still a gold member, which I'm really happy about.

I love sky. Never had any problems with them, until now.

Since set up which was last month, I have not had any of the sky channels working.

After being on the phone to sky explaining the problem, and having to do many solutions to try and fix the problem with sky, they have decided to send out an engineer, which sadly will not be able to get out to me until next month.

So my question is this. Since the instalation, I've not had the services I'm paying for with Sky Q TV.

Should this mean then that I shouldn't have to pay until the services are fixed and working? Because I have been.

@Phoenix+Storm You still need to pay them as per normal, however once the issue is resolved if you call them they should credit your account with any days lost.

Sky doesn't work like that and I would be surprised if others did either because as @GD1 has said payments continue as normal then whne everything is fixed you call approach Sky about getting some credit added to your account which will be based on the number of days you have had no service so can't call Sky about this until it has been fixed.
