      <description>&lt;P&gt;Users are having problems with Sky Go 21.7.3.0 on Windows 10 PCs but you refuse to acknowledge there is an issue.&amp;nbsp; I have followed your full uninstall procedure - including the removal of 3 different system folders, empty recylce bin and restart - but for many of us this DOESN'T FIX THE PROBLEM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app will not start, it just appears for 10 seconds or so then just disappears.&amp;nbsp; Please fix this!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems impossible to address Sky directly unless you have a few hours to spare hanging on the telephone. Pretty **bleep**ty service considered the amount we pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For anyone else having problems with V21.7.3.0 on Windows 10, try changing AntiVirus if possible. There is another thread which mentions switching from BitDefender to Kaspersky fixing the issue. I've had problems with Kaspersky in the past so actually went from BitDefender to AVG Free and all works again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like 21.7.3.0 is incompatible with one of the most popular free AV products. Having worked in the IT industry for 50 years I'm amazed that this didn't get picked up by Sky during testing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It happened to me the other day, all i did to get it started again was to go to search and search for the app then go to the file location and installed it again without unistalling it and i keep it pinned to my taskbar, its working now, im having problems with sky go extra&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem on Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalls made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Bitdefender and Microsofts offering, so I disabled Bitdefender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed again and now works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll re-enable Bitdefender later on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Go&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And if it is present the Cisco folder is App\Data\LocalLow.&lt;BR /&gt;Empty your recycle bin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Disabling Bitdefender anti virus also fixed the issue for me. Not ideal, but hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
