      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sure you will get to talk to someone if you stay on the phone long enough or perhaps call when the phone lines are quieter after 9pm or when the phone lines open at 7am.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - Spoken to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3398050"&gt;@Dobbie17&lt;/a&gt;, their initial new customer offers came to an end in March and they took up new offers which were not as high in saving. Customer has been given contact info for downgrades to support reducing costs further &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
