      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Very frustrated with your company. Was and still are customers of sky but cancelled bb in feb kept tv after speaking to eoin ol012 and was happy last weekend our tv was restricted this was in my mind dur to changing bank card as result of a scam alert . But I saw bb dur on the bill and rang to query and get sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rang Ireland UK and Business for 2 days to eventually get some hearing from bb in uk who were excellent and was put on to Daniel in ireland who spoke to me and was very food but told me I'd have to speak to bb in ireland but noted as with uk that there was no activity on account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got talking to Paul TK E11 and he notes usage but informs me its voda problem and my quickest resolve is through Comreg and a commissioner of Oaths&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a sky customer I believe this is farcical and will be left with no alternative to take this further when it could so easily have been resolved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was also saying how I would come back to your BB but now I feel this is grounds for cancelling everything and unless an adequate resolve is found We will not be customers ever again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account no available on request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enda Mc Donald here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Authorised on the Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Btw Eoin was also very professional but he can confirm my dealings&lt;/P&gt;</description>
