@Anonymous You're not talking to Sky we are all customers here, if you have come to the end of a discounted period then yes your prices will rise, if you're on benefits and unable to afford it then perhaps you need to revisit the value of the service when on a restricted income and remove the expense?

Sky TV is a luxury not a necessity, broadband is a slightly different issue.

And it's disgusting the way they treated me is not right the 2nd ady after explaining the other lady told me she would be 2 minutes and never came back she told me. the best they can do at the minute is £63 a month which is still too much money I am on benefits and I cannot afford this.

Speak to sky and see if they can scale back the package, I did this several years ago with VirginMedia, I got rid of the TV package(kept freeview) the broadband went to the lowest pack they had, it's amazing how much you can save. Please don't take this the wrong way, but sometimes you have to prioritise what's needed and what isn't.

What do you get with the £63 per month.

Usually with sky, the first offer is the best offer they will do.

Now, you need to decide whether it is worth it or not and considering what you said about your circumstances, it doesn't sound like it.
