Hi I've recently joined sky and getting tv fitted on Saturday but every time I go to my account it says account suspended but doesn't say there an outstanding bill

Yeah I think so but it says I don't owe anything on my account would I need to ring them up to clear this

No you don't you just need to create a new account with a different email address as all you are doing is accessing a closed account. You can remove the email from the old account but I'm not familiar with the process

It sounds like you have logged into your old closed account @Siany1996 so you would need to set up a new one to use.

If you want to use the same email address when setting it up then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. First try this link to do this:

If this link doesn't work for you then try it yourself by logging into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
