I can’t receive telephone calls ,

I can't receive phone calls, when I call out there's lots of noise on the line.
I have tried all the online things, I have tried just plugging phone into wall without micro filter nothing changes.
I have taken out all extension phones so I only have one phone plugged in but it's still the same.

No I am not new , I have had talk for several years now

See if you can run this line test to see if it finds a fault because if it does you can book an Openreach repair:

UPDATE - After testing the line a fault was detected and openreach have been booked to resolve.
