Not had that reponse yet. If there is a voice light I will say " Plug it into the back of the router " , if not then it will require further troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There may not have been any adviser involvement, of course. Judging by the number of posts here, customers frequently have not understood for one reason or another, that they have Sky VOIP and therefore need to plug their handset into the Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
