      <title>Talk Shield settings page crashes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to get to the Sky Talk Shield settings. The page crashes on the website, and when via the phone app the option doesn't appear at all (I only see Broadband Shield there).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In fact it's identical to the problem this person had:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Talk/Skytalk-shield/m-p/3893197" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Talk/Skytalk-shield/m-p/3893197&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do wonder if something is up more generally with my account, as when I click into "Your Products" on the Sky site it just takes me to a TV page, and when I go to "Bills and Payments" it is listed as just "TV", whereas it used to be "TV, Broadband and Talk" (the bill itself does list the broadband and talk though).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if an order has been left open on the account, as I did have issues getting an FTTP upgrade activated. Nothing is listed in "My Orders", however when I use the app to test my broadband it tells me I have an open broadband order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/77097"&gt;@youngpip&lt;/a&gt;If you go on the Sky app, I have this very issue it not showing in Broadband and talk settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you open the app on the landing page, scroll down to product settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;scroll left and you will see talk shield, click on this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should say Welcome to talk shield.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can't swipe left on the Broadband one, and the TV one is just things relating to Sky Go, my PIN and activating a viewing card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just dial 150, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical " , let them send you a text, but DO NOT hang up even when asked to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
