If that doesn’t help, post back on here and some of us here will be able to escalate your problem to Sky and arrange an online chat in order to check your line. If a fault is detected Sky will pass on your issue to Openreach. Openreach aim to fix reported faults within 3-5 working days (so not including weekends).

@LES50BOW Do you mean the link was a waste of time? What set up have you got ie: internet calls ?

If you want help then you need to provide more details on your setup because your posts don't help us at all, does your broadband router have a voice light and if so is it lit, are you a new customer to Sky Talk ?
