      <title>No dial tone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm posting this for my sister-in-law as she isn't internet savvy. Her landline is dead at the moment (no dial tone or any sound from her phone and it is constantly engaged if you call her number). I've tried all the suggestions, including a completley separate phone and nothing makes a difference. Can someone escalate this to the correct people at Sky or BT or whoever. She's 79 and really needs her land line working, Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
