      <title>Super fast broad band turned on now phone doesn’t work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fitted my new router this morning as was due to be activated. Checked my phone still worked and was ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;come home having received text to say broad band now activated broad band ok but no phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;checked connections done a reset by power of and on to router and phone but no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I call myself on my mobile i hear ringing but home phone not working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already, try restarting your router by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the Voice light still isn't lit, try the same tomorrow morning - sometimes there's a delay before the service is fully activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
