Hi @Jon481 Yes I agree, appears to have been released without thorough enough testing. I'm not normally suckered into situations like this after having had my fingers burnt with first gen Apple products (due to work) in the past so I'm as disappointed with myself as I am with Sky. I bought the sales pitch about a slick, single cable unit (it's not when you have to reboot the thing every other time you switch it on) and the amazing Dolby Atmos sound (it's lousy frankly)... and the picture quality - fundamental in a £650 telly - really isn't great at all... I could pay 2/3 of that for a stand alone Samsung / Sony / Panasonic telly and get far better picture quality and not far off comparable sound - with the option to link it to a soundbar or surround sound system - something it's not possible to do with Glass. Fear I've been sold a pony!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Rather not be posting but on the off-chance anyone is lurking throughout the day, has anyone had this problem?

I've never had any issues with Sky Glass since I purchased back on launch day thankfully but have noticed in the last 48 hours that Netflix no longer loads for me.

It doesn't go beyond the red spinning circle launch screen sadly.

Having had a quick look, it appears all over apps are working fine so just Netflix.

Thankfully I have a FireStick as backup but shouldn't be necessary obviously.

I've pressed the refresh app button in setting and turned it off at the mains a few times but no luck.

anyone having or had similar issues recently?

thanks for any help, now back to celebrating Christmas!

I've done all of these steps and it's still not working! Sky glass really doesn't seem to be that good! Subwoofer is really poor. Remote randomly turns itself off when using. Tv often freezes. Maybe I have a broken tv I dunno.

Sky glass 65inch

Netflix isn't loading the program I've selected to watch. Endless red spooling circle.. Just another element to add to the list of Sky Glass things I'm underwhelmed by. Picture's not that great, sound quality is terrible (wooly and horrible distortion at times), pretty clumsy interface (compared with Sky Q), Playlist is nowhere near as good / convenient as being able to record.... Expressed my dissatisfaction in a recent survey. Not sure how this forum works... If it's monitored by Sky, then I would appreciate someone getting in touch..

Sorry for not responding to the chat invite (I developed Covid)... Netflix still not loading on Glass. Tried switching off / back on the router and Glass to no avail. Gone into Settings and refreshed apps... and the problem with Netflix remains.... currently watching something on Channel 4 / Walter Presents drama and the sound is distorting again. Still not a good Sky Glass experience.

This happened to me again today. It sorted itself out for a bit and now has happened again. I'm actually very disappointed with the whole sky glass experience. I think they have tried to bring out a product that's not fully ready yet. I feel it's been rushed. Unfortunately many people have having a negative experience because of this.

I use the 'Refresh Apps' setting to refresh ALL of the apps - not that there's a problem with any app other than Netfilx... Which right now (9.07am on a Sunday morning) works fine... But NEVER works in the evenings which is when we want to watch Netflix. This to me suggests that my son using a wifi connected Playstation in his room is a factor?
