Does anyone know if the sky glass remote came with batteries already installed? my remote wouldn't work opened it to replace batteries this is the problem

The remotes do come batteries, the image you uploaded won't be cleared by the filters until morning can you describe the issue?

Sorry yes the batteries have leaked inside. The control won't work at all. Will sky replace it ?

@Reggie13 the Glass remote does come with batteries installed but protected by a slip of paper which has to be pulled out before contact is made which has caused issues. That looks like a used unit so needs replacing by Sky.
