What can I say. I was very impressed with the speedy replacement of the TV due to the rattling woofer housing. Been putting it off for a while but rang Sky Wednesday and had replacement Thursday so, credit where it's due and special thanks the Gemma who dealt with the phonecall.

Anyway, I figured I'd set the new TV with all the shenanigans to see what's what. Yesterday, turned on the TV but had to manually reconnect the 3rd party external speakers. Okay, figured it was a blip.

Come to this morning, turned on TV, no speaker connection and no internet connection.

So, even though 'WiFi' is set to off, TV connected via Ethernet, having the TV set to sleep causes an issue still. Considering Sky are stating they want to be carbon neutral, I'd have thought this energy saving glitch would have been a priority.

Needless to say, three hard resets of the TV didn't work so had to reboot the router for connection to return.

Sorry state of affairs eh 🙄
