Appreciate the response, sadly I have no option for hardwire, I run a defo mesh network and the actual wifi box is on the opposite side of the room and I don't have space for another wifi extender and Ethernet cable, it's so frustrating! Surely these things got tested before sending out en masse to us lot!

Genuinely losing the will with the sky puck! I've just had a 43" glass in the kids playroom and a puck in the lounge on the main TV using multi room,

Every single day when I want to watch TV I get the rather annoying "no wifi" symbol, which then means I either have to go through entering my wifi password again or simply pulling the power cable out and resetting the puck, I've played with the setting but can't seem to get this to change, has anyone else successfully fixed this issue?

thanks

I almost gave up with it, but have now hardwired it and it seems to work fine. Others have suggested powerline adaptors if that's more practical for you. Hopefully, the stability of pucks will improve with future software updates so that we can use with wi-fi as advertised.

This fault became a lot worse sincecthe lstest firmware landed.

On one puck I moved the Deco unit closer to the TV and hooked up a short ethernet cable to the puck which works like a dream. Shouldn't have to do that but it saves a lot of fiddling around. Slightly dreading the next release as while it msy fix one issue it is likely to break something else. Sky seem to lack basic beta testing by staff for Glass which Q and Sky+ have.

Like many others, it seems, I have to re-enter my hub password to re-connect my Puck every morning.

It would be useful if the alpha/numerical scroll option could be re-configured in the same way as the "search" option, and turned into a box format.

That would at least make it easier to re-enter the paasword whilst we wait for Sky to fix the stability issue.
