Sky keep cancelling my Sky glass orders without telling me why , can I have Sky glass sent a friend then set it up at my property ?

@Gouldian62 The Glass contract requires it must only be used at the account address.

Anything unusual about your address that would make delivery awkward? Could be a failed credit check, but I'd assume they'd tell you if that was the case. I found it odd that, since I'm already a customer, they did a deep search on my credit report. I'd try calling them and seeing if someone on the phone can tell you why.

@WoodyQ Customer standing has no relevance when applying for credit as a credit check is across a person's entire financial history not just your association with Sky

@SKY1992bf Oh I know that. It was the fact it was a deep search not just a 'normal' one that surprised me. My point was mostly that maybe it was the credit check but I'd expect them to say that was the reason.

Seems odd that they keep cancelling. There's obviously something causing it.

@Gouldian62 This might seem a silly question, but have you phoned Sky to ask them why this is happening? And for further assistance.
