      <title>SkyTalk Voicemail - Number of Rings</title>

      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I have a problem that my SkyTalk landline phone only rings a maximum of 4 times (normally it only rings 3 times) before going to voicemail. Unfortunately this is often not long enough for us to get to the phone to answer it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I have contacted Sky and they have checked the line and said everything is normal and they have no way of changing the number of rings before the voicemail kicks in. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I don’t believe it is phone issue as I have unplugged all the telephone and internet equipment and it still only rings 3/4 times before going to voicemail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Can anyone out there tell me how many times their phone rings before going to SkyTalk voicemail? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;We have had SkyTalk voicemail for 10+ years and never had this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; As this has only recently become an issue for Sky customers.. that means something has changed. and if something has changed it must be able to change back,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;. Its could be&amp;nbsp; its BT&amp;nbsp; or Openreach who own the line . and threfore not a Sky issue .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;But when you raise it with Sky . they cannot find anything wrong . because its not there problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A answermachine is not the answer as sky&amp;nbsp; 1571 cut in before your home answer machine can record a message .. it will only get sorted when enought Sky customers complain about this issue .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
