Block outgoing phone number

Hi,

My mum has dementia and is ringing up our old house number asking for my deceased dad. Is there anyway we can block this number from being dialled from her phone as the other person is being very annoyed by this.

I'm not aware of a way of blocking outbound numbers. Depending onnthe phone type is there a way a number can be programmed into the phones memory so that you mum just needs to press 1 buttom? This may be the best solution especially if you can get a phone that has programmable memory buttons.
