      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - my phone line is dead in the house. I can dial the number and get a ring tone but there is nothing getting to the house open reach box - I have tested with phones in various sockets and also had a voltage reading on the connectionand its dead. Can you help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once the blue chat bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss the opportunity.
