      <title>Internet calls. Fibre installed today.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had fibre installed today and Internet calls. We can make calls but not recieve calls. Just says to caller that call cannot be connected. All hub lights are green. On settings on TV it says the phone line. Not connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2940625"&gt;@Terrybak&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;might be worth you restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Sometimes there's a delay before internet calling functionality is fully implemented. If you don't hear from Sky beforehand, try the same restart tomorrow morning too, if it's not fully working at that point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried that. We are hoping it's a timing issue, just seems odd we can ring out and just not recieve calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
