    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorted in less than 5 minutes by Sky Customer Services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously a techy glitch, put right by the CS Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normal service resumed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Problem with Sky Talk Shield on VOIP</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just moved over to FTTP with VOIP calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We realised this evening that our Talk Shield is not operating. I've checked the settings, and our account says that Talk Shield is active, but it's clearly not!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried to switch it off and back on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;again, but no effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to be a fairly common problem looking on the Sky Community, but I can't see what I can do to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked and confirmed that we are on Sky and not BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
