Can't receive or make calls

As per the subject line. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail and no dial tone when trying to make calls.

Have tried a different phone , swapped cables and plugged into master socket but still get same issues.

Any ideas?

I've escalated your post via the community chat.

This link shows how it works.

Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble (probably tomorrow now). When the bubble appears you'll have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Note: If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

UPDATE - A visit has now been booked on a private chat to get this resolved
