      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand 4K/UHD is not yet available in the Sky store app to purchase on Glass. But why is HD content so poor compared to content from Sky Max or Movies on the same Glass device? The Sky Store App interface is also low Rez. Looks like an upscaled laptop App? With Q, Sky store was integrated really well and UHD was available. Case in point, the new Bond film. I only use Sky Store for the free offers Sky give. Whenever I want to buy or rent a premium title I use the Amazon Prime or Apple TV apps on my LG TV as they both offer UHD and Dolby Vision for the same price as HD on the Sky Store.&lt;/P&gt;

The app on Sky Q &amp;amp; Glass is for the Apple TV+ service only, it is not the Apple TV app (without the plus) which allows access to iTunes purchases.&lt;BR /&gt;Apple already have a much more functional streaming service of their own on their Apple TV 4K box which links perfectly to all the UK streaming services, has a watchlist, user profiles and the ability to rent &amp;amp; purchase movies in 4K with Dolby Vision &amp;amp; Atmos, encoded at higher bit-rates and at the correct frame rate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Store is laughable by comparison.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I guess we need to buy an Apple TV 4K (or any other box) for rentals in order to use Glass to its full capability... Shame the equivalent of Sky Store on Q is not yet available on Glass (ie it is just the App). You have to admit it's odd to release a 4K TV without a 4K store. Seems rushed to market or parts of Sky can't keep up with each other - shame.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pretty disappointed when I rented the latest Bond movie last night. I noticed it was listed as only HD, but didn't expect it to be as bad as it was in terms of picture quality on the Glass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume Glass has no inbuilt upscaling capability....? &amp;nbsp;I know it couldn't process up to UHD from HD, but it was just bad as-is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems a very poor effort from Sky given current films will natively be in 4K/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UHD.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So you're effectively paying 50p more for a much worse quality version on Sky Store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. If you call them they will refund you without any issue. They know it's not ready yet. We rented Bond last year, refunded the next day. We helped Sky test King Richard last month, still poor quality from the Store compared to an experienced Apple TV service, Sky refunded the next day. Just give them a call/email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All UHD panels require HD to be 'upscaled', otherwise three quarters of the screen would be empty.&amp;nbsp; That doesn't mean the chipset doing so is particularly good at it though, or that the source material hasn't already been overly compressed or adversely rendered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
