      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have been on the phone to sky helpline, they know Netflix does not work and there is no repair for it so basically you cannot use it if you get the N and the spinning wheel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged the tv twice by switching off for over an hours, then also unplugging from the wall, I have changed broadband providers as I have two in case there is an ISP problem and there is not, I have refreshed the app, they read a statement out to me saying it is a known problem and have refunded my Netflix until it is repaired&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
