It crashes at least once a week usually during the programme I'm watching and then the screen just goes black. It's so fraustrating! It happens with other streaming services too and im aware of the problems with the puck in general, but im not sure if the problems I'm experiencing is with my puck or because itv player is a poorer streaming service. I'm noticing it a lot more now though as I have no choice but to use it with sky glass!
