On the router under the WiFi settings, untick 'Enable WiFi access point'. You'll need to do this for both 2.4ghz & 5ghz.

Hi I switched to sky bb (also have Q) yesterday. Switchover really efficient. I need to turn off Wi-Fi as I have a mesh and home automation system. There doesn't seem to be an option to turn off Wi-Fi in router controls as BT used to and when I turn off Wi-Fi on Q it seems to know I have sky bb and turn on Wi-Fi again after 30 seconds. It's driving me round the twist!
