I'm a new Sky customer. I contracted the Sky through the Rightmove salesperson. But somehow the salesperson in Rightmove may put my address wrong. So, the Royalmail said the hub was delivered, but I can't find the hub (from neighbours, mailboxes... etc). Letters from Sky are delivered but NOT the broadband hub. Does anyone know how I can ask for redelivering the broadband hub?

Thank you! @Highlinder

Yes, I tried and changed the address "after" the hub was delivered to the wrong address.....

So, I'm trying to reach Sky customer service centre by the number (034424141), but it keeps guiding me to the "Help" centre on their website (they said "check your text" then, "goodbye" 😂)

The engineer for TV and broadband visits are scheduled in the next few days. Do you think they can help me to get the hub?

Thank you so much!

Does it say by engineer visit or is this going to be a remote activation?

Although it says, "Openreach are currently minimising any work inside the home".

@KiwoongSo it looks like it could be Openreach that are coming to do the work. They can get the line up and running without the need for the router. But what did Sly say in regard to the router being delivered to the wrong address?

I called the service centre and hung up the call right after receiving the next. But if I stayed longer and said "no" to the following question, I can connect to the service person... I talked to him, and it seems like they found the solution.

Thank you so much for your advice! Have a lovely day!
