Installation Delay

Ordered upgrade to

fast broadband in August. Still not activated and have been informed no room in cabinet. Called with another update 3 Nov telling me I will get another update on December 3rd. So far 4 months waiting. Does anyone know a way forward

If it shows waiting list then by the time they check in december it might have become available. You are really just waiting for someone to move away from openreach isp's
