I had an initial appointment date for my broadband installation of 21/10/21, with open reach. This failed due to an engineer not being able to get up a telegraph poll without a lift. I had to rebook an appointment, which isn't until 8/11/21. Am I right to assume I will receive the £5.04 a day compensation for 18 days?
