Been trying to arange a day to get fibre broadband fitted.Everg day I suggest you can't do.Now you want me to send it back. Just want to talk to a person and not message text. My name is Timothy Davies

I only have certain days of work.

@Timothy+Roy+Davie You should be able to rearrange the appointment by logging into your acount and going to the order tracking page https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

You need to also be aware you are not talking to Sky Customer services via the forum, we are all customers like you and Sky won't respond to your post.

@Timothy+Roy+DavieYou are not talking to Sky here. This is a mostly customer to customer based forum. If you have a real need to talk to Sky it would be better call them. If you are not a customer already you can find the number at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help ".

If you are already a customer then you can dial 150 on your landline if you have Sky talk. When asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", if you are asked to hang up at anytime DO NOT do this, just stay on the line in the queue to speak to an advisor.
