Anyway to contact sky team other than a call?

Hi Team,

I am very new to this community, so if I make any mistakes - I am extremely sorry.

Is there any way to contact sky team via email address or escalation email?

Thank you highlander for trying to help

Since 3 weeks sky team is just giving dates to fix the no connection issue .. first they said 8 march then 10 march .. then 16 march .. then 23 march and now 28 march. No proper updates are shared between openreach and sky team, everyone is playing ping pong with no ownership & we are not able to work effectively. Customer care is not at all able to help so I need to send an email to get clear direction whether they are able to solve the problem or shall we get a new provider.

Once again thank you so much Highlander for trying to help.

But it seems nothing is working , is there really anyway on earth to get any sky executive email or something , just wish to show this pathetic situation of their services. Since a month, no action .. nothing ... Just useless dates which they never ever meet. I am amazed to see such a worst service on earth in this digital world ... 😞

@SunilEktaIf you have sent in the complaint then you will have to wait for a response. This is mainly a customer to customer based forum.
