Broadband is not working at all

Hello,

My broadband isn't completely working at all and I'm not sure what the issue is, it was working completely fine two days ago but its refusing to work at all now.

I've done everything like disconnect, reconnect, troubleshoot, broadband check etc. but I'm getting no response, answers or help. It's just completely down.

Is anyone experiencing this issue? I'm not sure if its got to do with the windy weather the past couple of days or not.

The thing is that I can't even do any of that. I'm not at home and none of my siblings can even do the broadband check cos theres no internet. All I got told is that its just completely stopped working.

I think the broadband hub might be faulty or damaged, I'm not sure.

You can do it by using the my sky app on mobile data. You don't have to be physically present in the house

@cookiemonsteruk oh wait really? i'll try that out now and also booked an engineer in for tomorrow just to double check!

@arafhossainYou do not need a broadband connection to run the broadband test.on mobile data.
