I am getting close to updating my broadband I am on fiber guaranteed not to drop below 100mps but spend more time down so far between 11mps and 28mps as someone here said cant contact enyone they just divert you here I Don't think I will be renewing with sky better going elsewhere

@Steve007 How are you measuring the speeds you're getting and on what devices? Assuming with a minimum guarantee of 100Mb you're on Ultrafast?

Hi i am using analti and it shows the history I have rebooted the router so many times and disconnected all power and on ultrafast was thinking of upgrading to 500 but I don't think with sky

One line drop 369 hours ago (probably maintenance/firmware upgrade)

The combination of apparently slow speeds and wifi drop outs suggest maybe speed testing via 2.4ghz wifi with interference from neighbouring ssids . Can your run a test using an etherneted device using fast.com and post the result
