Bad connection

So I have just moced fromBT to sky, Im working from home, so need stable brodband connection,
Im in the bedroom next door and have sucha a poor connection

its only wooden door between me and other room.

i had bt and there was not a problem even upstairs in my rooms with brodband

im not going to pay for booster as its small house. Thought sky will give me better service than Bt.

I think its time to cancel them as its only 2nd day and already and not the best experience so far

WiFi between two completely different routers & companies is never going to be the same and wouldnt have been sold to you as that.

Since you didnt get boost with your order I take it you have the flat Sky Q hub? This hub can be pretty awful in some WiFi scenarios. Have you tried going through the WiFi help guide here
