Slow broad band with boost

Why has my super fast broad band with boost mbps dropped from 41mbps to 29mbps.This is a regular speed now.

Perhaps worth noting that 'Broadband Boost' does not actually 'boost' broadband travelling over the connection to your address as this isn't something it's technically possible for an ISP to do on Openreach infrastructure. Comments on the advisability of using it as a product brand name should be addressed to the Sky marketing department.

Netflix says speed is 23mbps on tv whats the point of paying for boost with a drop in mbps from the router to the tv.

Typically Broadband Boost provides a 'better' model of Hub (unless the subscriber would have got one anyway due to the broadband product they are provisioned on). Only you can decide if this and the other 'benefits' of the Boost bundle are worth the extra cost.

However, that kind of drop may also be caused by an external line fault, which is why @Highlinder suggested you post your Hub stats.

Rang sky this morning about speed since them my speed has slower 13mbps at the Tv.

OK, but wireless speed to devices isn't something an ISP directly supports: the most you can hope for is to claim a wireless booster under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee (although 13Mbs is 10Mbs higher than the 'guarantee'). I'd still suggest you should check for a possible line fault unless Sky have already ruled that out.
