Need to move external BT cabling that SKY broadband connects to - who do I contact?

Hi all,

Am having a little extension done and I need the external BT box moved to a different external location. It's an Openreach set up and I am wondering if it's SKY who move it or BT?

I've sat on Sky's customer service line for hours so I'm hoping it's BT that needs to do it.

@Jeffbacca You need to call Sky to arrange it as you cannot do it direct through Openreach. You will need to keep trying on the phone.

You will need to call Sky to arrange that.
Sky will then organise Openreach to carry out a move as you outline.

You cannot arrange it directly with Openreach.
