Wi-Fi password not recognised

All mobile phones and laptops in the house are suddenly not recognising our Sky broadband password. They've all worked fine for years, so why the problem now? How can we fix it?

What password are your using ie sky or wifi password?

Sorry, I'm techno deficient! Don't know the answers to your questions. How do I find out what happen using? And what's the difference between the sky and the Wi-Fi password? The password I'm using is the one on the hub box. I'm guessing the password is the Wi-Fi password, but I'm not sure.

@juvistan If all devices aren't accepting the password it just sounds like the router has thrown a wobbly. Pull the power plug on it, leave it for a minute and turn it back on and wait and se if everything connects back up🤞
