      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll keep it short and sweet! We've moved into a house where there is no master phone socket. We believe the previous owner who completed renovations have removed it and not had it refitted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've jumped through all the hoops to get an engineer out to us but they're sending a sky engineer rather than an openreach engineer - my question is are sky engineers capable of fitting new sockets, or just moving them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
