    <description>&lt;P&gt;For a few months i have been without&amp;nbsp; Broadband Buddy. I have taken the correct steps with installing and re-installing the App and adding my childrens devices again but when clicking the instruction to Connect to your Sky Broadband Hub&amp;nbsp; the message appears "Sky Broadband Buddy your Hub has been reset to factory default". The childrens devices have&amp;nbsp; a status of Check VPN device. Any advise please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
