Slow broadband

Broadband check came back with a Status: Warning "The speed to your hub could be faster" . Service Checker Broadband test says Oops, that didn't work (both PC and Mobile)

I called a Sky expert "answering machine" and received an SMS, reset everything as instructed, no joy! Everything is still loading so slow and a terrible connection to MS Teams .... HELP!

In addition are you connecting over wifi, have you tried thernet?

Those are interesting stats: 92156Kbps inbound suggests G.fast, but the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed on Ultrafast1 over G.fast is 100Mbs so it would be underperforming - that may be where the 'The speed to your hub could be faster' message is coming from.
