      <description>&lt;P&gt;issue with broadband connection- signal keeps dropping . have tried everything to sort but no luck. have been trying to get assistance form Sky for over 3 hrs, I keep being sent form chat to SMS to WhatsApp &amp;amp; back again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
