Hi guys,

i hope you are all doing well. I'm having issues with my hub. The connection was lost the whole day today. I've restarted by hub 3 times. Now the connection is back but it's really slow and can't barely use it as it's really slow. I have tried to test my connection but it says they couldn't find some.

can anyone help?

May you please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in this link

Could you also run the Broadband Test from the MySky App or using this this link and post the results?

it did not let me do the test. And when trying to get the stats, it did not accept my password I don't know why.

You will likely need to reset your router if you don't know the password so as you can then login and provide the stats.

The default log in credentials are below the relevant Hubs, if it doesn't work; you may need to re-set the Hub back to the defaults. Hold the reset pin for at least 20 seconds.

I have done the hard reset many times and still not working. The wifi comes back then disappear after 5/10mins etc.. Very annoying.

When you reset the hub how long did you hold the reset button for? Needs to be at least 20 seconds
