Iv not been getting my Guaranteed download speed since a week before Christmas it says on my sky app my connection is fine but on my Xbox it's below guaranteed 90mbps when im guaranteed 133mbps I pay for 145mbps it's

Ridiculous I use a wired connection iv even tried wireless and I'm not getting my download speed at all

Its guaranteed to the router not to the device . Are you testing over ethernet or wifi .?

The Xbox speedtest is inaccurate. If you can post a test from speedtest.net on a device connected directly to the router via ethernet with nothing inbetween then we can take a look
