    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely ludicrous that you have to keep calling a communication on a work day. I feel like Victor Meldrew today - I am going to take to Social Media and warn everyone about this awful service which must not have any customer services representatives in Ireland. Vodafone was far better. I know it isn't your fault. I am going to send a complaint to Com Reg too and a correspondence to the Minister for Communications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've seen many such ideas to go on social media and start some sort of vendetta against a company, but for every bad experience there are many many good ones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes it is frustrating, but i highly doubt that the minister for communcations is going to start some kind of mass scale inquest because someone didn't have their phone call answered within 5/10 minutes. As for it being a work day, they are usually available 7 days a week to attempt to contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, I would be of the opinion, that ministers and regulators ought to be informed when a company such as Sky creates creates difficulties for honest people to terminate their contracts - which is their right. I would be&amp;nbsp; firmly of the belief that being, in my view, uncustomer friendly, and, in my view, hindering people from terminating contracts especially when the service is not working - is akin to taking money for an inept service and, in that regard, in breach of consumers' rights. I also think that making people aware of how the service operates. which I feel is to say at the very least difficult, is important so that people know what they are buying into.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
