Evening

my router seems to have gone awol and disappeared.

I can't find it on any device and if I try to access the router online 198.162.1.1 it says the servers are down ?

any suggestions Guru's

There's a small reset button at the back, press that for 5 seconds, this will reset it ti default factory settings but should bring it back to life.

I've done the reset and even the hold it for 20 seconds.... nothing happening it's bizzare

What lights are showing on the router?

Don't know if 192.168.1.1 is a typo but its 192.168.0.1 for a sky hub

All 3 green lights are showing as if everything is working correctly but my wifi connections have disappeared 🤷‍♂️

Have you tried this ip 192.168.0.1

Even 198.162.0.1 doesn't load just says the server not responding

@Jim80 And does this happen when connecting via Ethernet ?
